Research to Practice Institute

The Research to Practice Project hosted the Research to Practice Institute on Monday, October 23rd at the Keystone Conference Center in partnership with the COVA Conference. The Institute provided researchers and practitioners a chance to meet one another and discuss shared research interests, as well as learn from esteemed colleagues and guests. The institute included a presentation on best and emerging practices in the victim services field. Participants learned about the latest research studies and how to use this information in their work with victim/survivors. Following the presentation, a panel of local researchers discussed their research and its findings, their experience partnering with victim services organizations, and their future research interests.
